During my counselling experience, I have supported clients of different ages and cultural backgrounds ranging from 16-60 who have struggled to overcome problems in their lives which have affected their wellbeing. I have had the privilege to be part of the powerful changes talking therapies can bring for people, this is acknowledged in testimonials received from my clients throughout their counselling journey. I TRULY believe in the power of talking therapy and the changes it can bring when we are free to be our true selves.

I am an integrative therapist which means that I can use a variety of counselling styles to best meet your needs including Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Psychodynamic alongside Mindfulness and other therapies dependent upon your needs and preferred style. I have counselled people experiencing various issues stopping them from moving on relating to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship breakdown, suicide and self-harm.


I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a member, I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework which sets the standard for good and ethical therapeutic practice. I have counselled in Colleges, Drop-in Centres, Cancer Support Centres and in my Private practice.


I offer a free introductory session lasting 30 minutes.  This can be conducted either face to face or on the telephone. This consultation is a good chance to discuss what you want from counselling and provides a good opportunity to ask any questions. Following this session, if we decide to work together the approach will be tailored to suit your needs and personal circumstances. I offer open-ended therapy which means you decide on the length of sessions based on your needs.
